How to realistically overlay text on a photo in Adobe Photoshop
Step 1
Open the photo (or image) that you will use:

Let’s choose a color. When adding text to the picture, we will use the color from the photo. Open the “Color Picker”, using the “Eyedropper” select a dark tree on the barrel:

Select the Text tool. I am using the compressed Bernard MT Condensed font.
I am going to type “PHOTOSHOP CAFE” and drag the label onto the barrel:
